With another winter storm on its way, I’m starting to get Spring fever. Spring is one of my favorite times of the year and there is nothing better then a Spring Wedding. The temperatures are perfect and the flowers of the season are just beautiful!

Tulips make a wonderful spring bouquet. There are so many colors and styles to choose from that any color scheme can be matched. Plus some blooms are so full that we are able to make a nice size bouquet with fewer flowers to help keep the price reasonable for our couples.

Daffodils are also a great choice for a spring time wedding. These flowers come in single and double petals versions. Also they are available in many colors and sizes. They are also very durable and can be out of water for longer period of times verses tulips that have a tendency to “pop” once they are taken out of the cooler.

And the spring theme can go past the flowers. Above is a favor box that I found at http://discount-weddingfavors.com that a couple can purchase 50 of these for only $24.99. You can put some many things in the box but I love the idea of placing a floral bulb that can be planted in the yard. This is a favor that most guests will actually take home and use.

And finally one of my favorite centerpiece is something planted. Spring time is a great time to pick up small planters made up of daffodils and tulips. Just purchase some green moss to place over the dirt and you have a very “springy” table arrangement for about the same amount of money as hand cut flowers. Also I love the idea of the simple mini tree surrounded by candles like above. I found this very cute idea at http://www.escapeconcepts.com. But I must warn you that this idea is a bit pricey at $75.00 per table. Most of the cost is in the fancy votive holders.
