Why would I put this chorus line in a blog posting?  Well I think respect is a very important topic when it comes to planning a wedding.  Not only should the couple and their wishes be respected, but everyone that is involved also needs to be respected.  Sometimes we get so busy in the planning that we forget people’s feelings and make it all about ourselves.  I know that I am guilty of this at times, so I make myself step back and take stock and then make sure that I am doing what is best for all involved.  I also try to make sure that my couples respect their vendors and that their vendors respect them.  I have been very lucky that I have had the pleasure to only work with great couples and great vendors that show the utmost respect for each other.  They truly understand that in the end we all need to work together to make a memorable wedding that everyone can be proud of.  But in life in general, I’m a true believer that every person that you meet deserves respect and if we all did this, we would live in an even more amazing world!
